Nice place, I greatly enjoyed nice personnel.
The hotel was a chilled-out base for enjoying a pretty nice area, just next door to cultural sights, and the museums, catherals, and cultural sights. In general the service was great. Moreover, free Wi-Fi was acceptable, you can use it throughout the property. The location was particularly good and reasonable, at walking distance from a Catholic church.

I had a great stay at Grand Hotel Elizabeth. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the main plaza. The room was clean and comfortable, with a true king size bed. I also appreciated the complimentary bottled water provided. The shower was excellent, and the strong wifi connection was a bonus. The secure parking in the rear of the building gave me peace of mind. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Although the street front rooms were initially not noisy, there was an unexpected disruption with a street band playing loudly in the early hours of the morning. Additionally, it would have been better if there was a more environmentally friendly option for getting drinking water, rather than relying on the plastic water bottles provided in the room.

The hotel was in a great location, close to all the action. the complimentary breakfast was filling and offered a variety of items. the free parking was convenient and a nice bonus.
The staff could have been more attentive and welcoming. It took a few minutes to be acknowledged at the front desk and we were left waiting at the top floor for a drink with no staff around.

We stayed at a hotel near the main plaza, which was convenient to visit museums and cultural sights. Our clean room had a great shower, and there was complimentary bottled water available. Breakfast had fresh fruit, pastry, coffee, and juice. the friendly staff swiftly solved our problems.
One of the two plastic water bottles provided in the room wasn't enough for us, and there was nowhere to get additional drinking water.

Spent Christmas here and it was awesome! Fresh fruit, danish, coffee and juice were served every morning. A friendly staff available to help you at any moment. The location is great, easy to walk to most of the cultural sights. We really enjoyed the secure parking off the street, it was very convenient.
It was tricky finding the place at first, due to the complex one-way street system. Be prepared to struggle with that.
